Each shadowbox is personalized using the information you provide when ordering, including names, dates, border wording, engraving, and other available options for your selected design. Because every piece is custom-made, please review your personalization carefully before submitting your order.

Stored Moments shadowboxes are available in two sizes: 9×9 inches and 11×14 inches. The 9×9 size accommodates up to 6 names, while the 11×14 size accommodates up to 12 names. Available options may vary depending on the shadowbox design you select.

Yes. Pet names can be included in your Stored Moments shadowbox and count toward the total number of names available for the selected size.

Each Stored Moments shadowbox includes your personalized handcrafted design, custom engraving and illumination, along with a QR code and NFC feature that connects your shadowbox to your personalized Video Slideshow.

Your Video Slideshow is a personalized 3–5 minute video created from the photos, video clips, and stories you provide. We bring your memories together with music to create a short film you can revisit anytime through your Stored Moments shadowbox.

Your shadowbox includes both a QR code and NFC feature that connect to your Stored Moment. Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera or tap a compatible NFC-enabled phone to the heart on your shadowbox to open your personalized Video Slideshow.

After placing your order, you can use the Upload Memories area to submit the photos, video clips, and story you’d like included in your Video Slideshow. Your order number and email address are used to securely connect your uploads with your order. Be sure to complete your uploads within the timeframe provided with your order.

Because every Stored Moments shadowbox is handcrafted and personalized, production times may vary. The estimated production timeframe will be provided with your order. Shipping time is additional and depends on the carrier and destination.

If you notice an error or need to request a change, please contact Stored Moments as soon as possible. Because each shadowbox is custom-made, changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Your personalized Video Slideshow is included with your Stored Moments shadowbox with no annual access fee. Your shadowbox’s QR code and NFC feature provide convenient access to your Stored Moment whenever you want to revisit it. Availability may depend on internet access and the continued availability of the technologies and hosting services used to provide the experience.
